Two new collections available
Selkirk Lapwing Press announces the publication of two new collections of poetry in September 2006. They are:
Life and Porridge by Mazzy Molotnikoff.
Mazzy lives in Hawick where she struggles to combine having a life and getting the porridge ready in time. Her poems are by turns, hilarious, sad, acerbic and ironic. Not to be missed.
Art, Medicine, Life, Death, Work and the Whole Ball of Wax
by Nick Pemberton.
Nick teaches Creative Writing at Cumbria Institute of the Arts and runs the poetry Speak Easy in that city. Here he explores the themes his compendious title suggests with wit as well as anger.
Both collections are available from Selkirk Lapwing Press for £2-50, plus £1-25 post and packing.
